I would look for profits to come in around $100,000. There is no way that is going to pay for a 12 million dollar company. Either private funding or dilution or both is the only answer. The way this has traded that last few weeks I would say it's the big "D". I do not have a problem with that if in fact PIHN is buying a company making 4 million a year. PIHN is growing! We are in at the bottom. I also do not believe many retail investors picked up many of the 400 million shares that traded at 4 and 5 the past few weeks.
