Yeah Janice, and not expecting many. But I came up with the following calculation for the effective reverse split.
Give up 1 share of ffgo for .0001616846 for NMGL Series A preferred
or 1 for 6,184 reverse
And another share of FFGO for 0.0003921 for NMGL Series B preferred or a 1 for 2550 reverse.
So you get 0.00055378 for every 2 shares of FFGO, or an effective reverse split of 1 for 3611.
So for a whale who owned 60 million shares, he can now be the proud owner of 16,613 shares of NMGL.
That some nice cheese even if no one will be ever be able to sell that junk.
