To tell you the truth, I read the court doc and it looks like a pile of crap and I am going to be interested to view a docket from SUNV.

It can be proven that the estemed Dr. Silva was dumping the stock hence dropping the stock value.

I don't see this getting very far.

If EPIR was soooo concerned over stock value, why would the good doctor and EPIR be dumping the shares? That is the reason for start of the latest slide.


Just because an Illinois company is faster in the court room doesn't necessarily make it the winner.


Of course everything is my own opinion, but I think we need to get realistic.

EPIR makes second rate technology.
