Urban just cut a deal with Aztec whereby CMKX pays $250,000 U.S. for the right to earn a 51% interest by doing $1,000,000 worth of work per year over ten years.

(1) At the end of the ten years CMKX will have a full 51% interest in the Pipe Formerly Known as the Carolyn.

(2) CMKX also has to pay 20,000,000,000 shares of CMKX,

(3) 250,000 shares of UCA

(4) 500,000 shares of KPG, 1,000,000 shares of UCAD.

(5) Aztec will at all times be operator of the project until $10,000,000 in exploration is paid.

(6) CMKX must also display the Aztec logo on the CMKX racing car for a period of ten years.

(7) Aztec will get 2 hours of dedicated time by Roger Glenn per week over ten years paid for by CMKX.

(8) Aztec will get 50% of the landholdings in certain FALC parcels north of the river.
