The flare gas numbers look interesting.

But there is no available documentation that EEGC actually has any rights to such technology.

Such rights would have to be disclosed, since they would have been obtained as part of a 'related party' transaction, with material impact per your calculations.

However, I searched on 'flare gas' and 'nanotechnology' in the 10-K and 10-Q filed in June, and found no references.

Still NO PROOF that the flare gas technology works or even exists.
No patents, no installations, no Material Agreements, no verifiable links.
Just more FLUFF?
