Young man, I think that you may be one of those I was referring to in my earlier post.

Saying that Qtrax has global licenses for free downloads is:

a) unknown and unproven
b) like saying that they have the exclusive global distribution rights for buggy whips.

The model is just old news and you don't want to accept that fact. And if you really think that the record labels have/will throw their full support behind Qtrax, I'll eat roadkill in the middle of Times Square.

You don't seem to want to recognize the fact that Qtrax for all practical purposes is a two-man show. And with all of the obvious funding difficulties that everyone, including Klepsy, seem to acknowledge, there is absolutely no way they can keep up with the technology. If they can't afford to launch, how can they afford the massive engineering required for them to join the 21st century? Another obstacle is that Klepsy doesn't have a creative bone in his body.

And believe me, there is nothing at all I can do to make Qtrax fail. They seem to be doing a good enough job of that on their own. So don't get snotty with me because the reality I bring to light happens to crush your delusions.

ROFLMAO. What's the point in having global licenses if they don't have the money to be able to make use of them? BTW unless they plan on abandoning their DRM, it is never going to work with the vast majority of smartphones and devices no matter how much you want to be believe otherwise. Also, why don't we need to criticize your opinion, when that is exactly what you are doing with other people's opinions? Trying to censor much? It's a two way street -- criticize others, expect the same back. :P

Lastly, Wayne doesn't need to try hard to make Qtrax fail, as you're in quite capable hands in terms of destruction by your very own CEO. He's managed to ruin his own and his company's credibility time after time with his bold promises that never materialize. I'm all for wanting to believe in something, but when the evidence is overwhelmingly against it, it might be time to pull your head out of the sand and give it a shake already.

Which one of those companies have global licenses to offer free, unlimited downloads? None. I'm not worried about the technology- I am confident they know what they need and will make it happen- to work with the vast majority of smart phones and devices. You don't need to criticize my opinion, though we all know where you stand and that you are just trying your hardest to make Qtrax fail.
