"Really?? Again any links..
"EXPH didn't hire these promotional guys pumping their company and stock sales to sit around on their hands all day."

You provide the link that they fired Brass Bulls since January of last year if they ever did. I couldn't find one but that is not to say it doesn't exist. Of course EXPH management issues misleading PRs all the time without ever issuing a statement when they fall through.

“Posting from long ago financials and using terms like "is" happening also requires a link to prove a point..Otherwise..no proof..”

There are "new financials" just issued by the company according to your last post. You even requested a link to them. I know of no such new EXPH financials, in fact I believe that no "new" EXPH financials exist, perhaps you should call the company. The last EXPH financials I am aware of that are available to the public are from the 2Q 2009. Perhaps the company can clarify this. I would also like to see a link to where opinions referring to EXPH now "require links". Is this an SEC regulation? An FTC mandate? Where is this "requirement" listed? Do you have the regulation title and code numbers?

"What is happening is that CIMA..as was stated in the update IS NOT dead in the water as was posted..IN fact CIMA IS ramping up production and revenue IS increasing as was stated.."

Could I see a link to unbiased, vetted proof of this from a recognized news or reporting source? There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever to back that claim. None. It is hearsay and has been declared as a forward looking statement by EXPH giving it little or no credibility even coming from them. In fact, the official statements of EXPH would make the above highlighted statement concerning CIMA 100% false.

"Current financials removing the stop sign..a new CEO announced..and like I posted..More CIMA updates as well as etc landing the first retailer..My guess is LOWES."

These would all appear to be "guesses". I am unable to locate unbiased, vetted data to back any of that. Once again, unproven guesses according to EXPH in their "forward looking statement" disclaimers. I also suspect if one were to perform any actual legitimate research on EXPH one might find a forward looking statement disclaimer affect all their "guesses". All IMHO.
