Are you sure those radiologist saw how those images were built,in realtime?????
Did you see the video the title "The Hand" in the last video part 2, that was not built in realtime in my analysis.
Do you have access to the radiologist report and saw what was in there and signed by the radiologist?
Do you know what should be reported by radiologist, did they mentioned about 3D realtime operation. I guess they just looking for substantially equivalent (SE) to predicate machine which are not 3D realtime to get the clearance.

Were those radiologists independent 3rd parties or Dean's friends. Again, people will do just about anything for money. They could easily find a way to CYA anyways...

However, I suspect like wallst does...they probably didn't see real-time 3D in action and are merely seeing images to attest to 2D substantial equivalence.
