He also said in earlier posts that is not in the cards! Note that there was a posting on PinkSheets of a 5 bil count and since updated it now stands at the original 2 Bil.

Things change but we here always will think the worst with no valid information to take judgment from! If running this company was up to us..????

And if the anticipated dollars are flowing into PGPM as stated, there would be no reason for it! I have said this will take time and not happen over night! Hope I am right, but looks like a plan is in the works!

But the problem is By Jan 2011. The problem is getting them there. He has implied publicly that they don't have enough money even for PR's or to start the injections system right now. That means unless he gets funding which he has stated has been reluctant since the state of the shares. The only thing left is to R/S and dilute fund raising.

I agree that the bad news will in fact be a R/S!!!
