If you're implying that ENTI didn't really contact Ne-Yo, then I strongly disagree. ENTI wouldn't make such a foolish mistake. By PR'ing Ne-Yo's name, they've put themselves on the hot seat as I've said here earlier today.
There's no guarantee that Ne-Yo signs the dotted line, but ENTI isn't BS'ing us about Ne-Yo IMO! :)
My question is this then. Was this the SP they were referring to in the past 3 CC's.
The reason I ask is this. They already said they finalized the deal 3 weeks ago and were waiting for lawyers to review. RIGHT.
why would they say that again after 3 weeks. Didn't anything transpire since then?
I think this is there 3rd or 4th choice. Now he probably said yea I will be the spokesperson. send over a contract to the lawyers for review and we will discuss it further. Meaning. there is more negotiating to do. which means more money which means more dilution to get that money.
all in all this hurt ENTI credibility again and hurts the shareholders.
