Howard, IMO for drilling to start in November the rig would have to be on the water now as it will take at least 3 months to import the rig into Australia. As I have said before, IMO, it will be next year at the very earliest, before drilling starts. A couple of other things you have got wrong:
1) Drilling rig camps are dry and rig crews in Australia are not allowed to drink while in the field.
2) Seismic doese not show the presence of oil ALL it shows is boundaries between rocks of different densities which can then indicate the shape or structure of the rock formation. To claim that seismic reflects oil is wrong and misleading.
