As you look at that side of the coin and see what might be obvious to you without the benifit of proof to back up that statement

The "proof" is just logical reasoning.

A. People don't work for free.

B. If BEHL had some money flowing in from something other than the sale of stock they would tell us.

C. Therefore, since they have not told us there is some other source from which they can make payroll, I conclude they are selling stock to fund current on-going R&D.
