Two types of insiders: management and non-management.

Mr. Taylor is deemed an insider for SEC reporting purposes due to his direct and indirect stakes in MMPIQ. However, he is a non-management insider, who is also chairman of the OEC.

If I owned 10 percent, I, too, would be deemed an insider by the SEC. However, my mindset is in no way aligned with management.
