OK, let me explain you something here, the day that you go in front of the judge or in court for an offence IS NOT RELATED AT ALL to the day or date were the person did that said offence...for example, here with Ollu that happened 9 years ago and the TRIAL lasted for 9 years so now he just plead guilty ( after 9 years of trial and court date), so OLD CRIME, NOT RELEVANT !!!!
