While the LLEG filing predicted the plant would be completed [ie revenue producing] by 1013 I feel confident they have deliberately added a year to their projection to cover any unexpected problems that may occur- Murphy's Law.
We can, IMO, expect completion and revenue flow before the end of 1012.
I also don't expect any news from Mass until the state govt lifts their moratortium.
