Charlie, The divy is separate from your shares. You can get the divy and keep your shares.... or you can actually sell your shares and still get the divy, but you need to know EXACTLY when you can do that, and we don't have that information yet.
Overall, just to be clear, you do not have to give up your shares to get the divy. You simply need to own them by a certain date which has not been specified yet by the Company. It will be a FUTURE DATE.
