They "story" you posted about KATX was not a "story" at all. It was a 2 month old PR that KATX released. All reuters.com did was finally add our PR under Vales company profile page on their website. Vale didn't tell them to do anything, this is what sites like reuters, yahoo, I-Hub, cnbc, etc do. They take relavent news that is related directly, or indirectly which is the case here, to that company, and post it on their news page.

Nothing new was posted. Again, reuters finally found the PR that KATX released 2 months ago about our option agreement with Vale and posted it on their company page.

That is all. There is no "story" that was posted. There is nothing new and Vale didn't "announce" anything about our option deal. To date, vale has never released any PR about our option deal with them.

They never announced it, nore do they ever announce option agreements like this one.
