Thanks for the analysis madclown. I'm quite underwater due to early purchases but have been accumulating. I recently went back to the Solutia chap 11 and found the same players, Kirkland and Pillsbury. In fact our present individual EC attorneys have been thru this process in the Solutia case. They know what they are doing and they do it quite well as our advocates. What I haven't been able to figure out are the final numbers, how well or how poorly the common holders fared. Was Solutia in worse shape or not? If anyone can figure it out it might shed some light on what we might expect?

Yes, commitments, good to have if you plan on getting results. An EC POR without commitments is like a gun without bullets. If they pull it out, they best fire, or they'll get blasted from K&E...and then squashed with the steam roller.
