EPS unchanged due to rounding, but revenues would be up 20% with net income up over 100%. Plus they should provide some upbeat comments about the rest of the fiscal year.
First they have been growing their revenues are up about 70% from 4 years ago. I would deem that significant growth. Inline with last quarter could mean flat could mean sequentially up 5% or down 5% I couldn't exactly ask him for a number.
I think the reason we can expect growth going forward is that they are growing out of the capacity of their existing facility. Its not that they lack the ability to get orders. They lack the ability to produce at levels substantially greater than where they are at now.
They just did 2 million in orders at 1 show which is about 70% of what they did all last quarter which is pretty good evidence they can generate the orders.
They are fixing that lack of space by acquiring a facility that will have substantially higher capacity.
So add 70% to capacity and instead of doing 3 million you can do 5 or 6 a quarter. It remains to be seen if they will generate those orders but its a bit silly to look at a company that grew 10% last year and say they are not growing.
