Thats not really the point. The thing I take most from this agreement is that a multi billion dollar mining company trusted a pink sheet company enough to sign an agreement with them. Yes we know, its merely an option agreement but there had to been some level of trust before anything got signed. I don't think Vale just goes around all willy nilly signing contracts without at least doing some homework on the companies it intends to work with.
