If you're talking about this from an earlier post:

"What you see is what happens afterward. The retail deal has already been announced and factored into the price. Now this the OTCBB so anything can spark stock buying."

This was obviously done by a poster who hasn't kept up with what's going on. You would do well to only go by official PR's from the company, and not take anything reported on this board as fact without verification.
