Which one would JBII have to trade on to be considered a NASDAQ stock?

All tiers, all owned and operated by NASDAQ. SO which one is the real NASDAQ and which ones are not NASDAQ?

Please let me know because if JBII qualified for any of these tiers they would be a NASDAQ stock right?

That's what I thought. Moved to the OTC Pink Market and "It aint the pinks" But if they moved to one of the 3 tiers I just posted tomorrow they would instantly become a "NASDAQ" stock and we all know that.

Trades like a pink; CEO behaves like a Pinksheets' CEO; nothing but forward looking promises that never get validated; IMO.

no permits, no stack tests, no revenus, no contracts, no comunication, no transparency......IMO.

but, you have -95% loss in SP value since high, all the promises and exciting forward looking events you could possibly want, a CEO that overperforms and underdelivers.......IMO.

Hmmmm, yup, that $27 SP projection of yours by May/2010 is a bit off......

Arguments over 'PINK' designation is kinda funny.....IMO, if it smells like a pink, acts like a pink, looks like a pink......then it MUST be a pink.

Until JB gets his 'act' together, this will remain a 'pink' in everyone's eyes, IMO, unless you are 'blind'.....
