The PR specifically says that AVTI is going in a new direction and looking for further investment opportunities in the future as well and building upon this initial JV with Johnny Famous Footwear. I have seen this "Medical Appliances & Equipment" dig used by bashers on other boards, so get out an roam around and put out some fires if you get the chance.
