Very simple really. Review the S-1 or the latest filings on pink sheets to see the deal ASFX made for the NDD.
Another issue; it seems that bayer is giving the small amount of NDD's they ordered away to customers of their drug. (has this order even been filled yet) Any sales online of the thermo or NDD via Amazon, etc. will likely be drop shipped so as a result there may be no purchase order with which ASFX can obtain any financing per the pr, to manufacture product. Also it is most likley that any shelf space will be on a consignment type agreement rather than any direct purchase of products by the retailer. Didn't ASFX say walgreens was returning product! Just points to ponder, Dog
