i have consisently said you have to wait and see what the bk plan is going to propose to see what may or may not happen with the commons. that is just the way bk works. the company will propose and the bk judge will decide to accept or reject. what i have opposed here is the twisting of the previous 8k's by some here who have claimed that those 8ks state the commons will remain in tact, which is an outright misrepresentation of the facts. that is what i am opposed to here. and to that end, people have been buying believing that the court has made some decision on the commons, which they have not. nobody wants to address that fact.
