They raised the AS from 75M to 350M ?!? That's a pretty big dilution factor.

Dividing the old AS by the new AS gives approximately a 1:5 dilution. Multiply that number by today's closing price (.009)and you get what the PPS will be when they are done selling the new shares on the open market:

75/350= .214 >>> .214 (.009)= 0.0019

I would be furious with Haim after accumulating shares for this long. He basically took 80% of your shareholder value away from you!
