They're in Bankruptcy meaning nobody can do anything that would effect the estate b/c of the automatic stay like asking for $25/share. I'm getting this from the prospectus. I have the same info as you and apparently there's two completely different sets of info from the P's prospectus that HRoller alerted me to so who the hell knows.
