While you are correct that most BK companies do cancel commons, NOT ALL have done that. Do some research before you make posts such as this, makes you look bad.
Any company in the BK process can not alter the share structure, nor can they sell shares (dilution) which also makes for a nice play, because we know what the structure is, having not to worry about being dumped on. This is a 133 year old, former AMEX company with a small share structure, it would not be to the companies advantage to shaft the commons here. I like my chances here, since you see no value, move on, and thanks for your expertise.
