Did you listen to the conference call? They clearly said using even a modest X earnings valuation compared to others in the field, they felt our share price should be around .30 based on the contracts / TO's in hand. With new contracts, the price would go up.

I thought I heard that the company should be valued at .03 at the present time without announcing contracts.
