BDGR financials are posted and claims lawsuit is still pending as of June 30, 2010.
Obviously, nobody at BDGR read the financials because they contain many errors as usual. Depletion numbers don't jive. Actually the document looks to be something that they just threw out to the public just so they can say they done it.
