Someone posted property listing last week, which reflected the rent, $4+ / sq ft. With fully air conditioned space plus all the heavy machinery, the electric bill aint going to be cheap either.
With funds being tight as they are, I don't understand the extravagance. Couldn't they've have made do with a sub $50k dynamometer?
