No, it is "incorporated" via Delaware..many companies do that.

From what I remember reading somewhere is that Cory bought the company for like 175 Grand and is redirecting it's focus on Joint Ventures..

I guess it's cheaper that way, not sure but all old buildings and whatnot are no longer a factor here.

The only thing we have to go on right now is the AS which can be checked via the Delaware SOS website.
