they have not settled with "all" creditors. another complete misrepresentation. read the bk documents or better yet, just wait for the plan to come. none of us know what the company is going to propose as their reorg plan. my other contention is that this has been a pump and dump orchestrated by a select few individuals and this stock was targetted because of its tiny float, which was obviously, easy for a few to manipulate. all imho
