Nice DD drummond... this actually makes a lot of sense. In fact, we should have all deduced it from common sense. Not say Garth and friends aren't still a bunch of share printing scammers but I was having a hard time believing they would falsify documents from a university. It would be nice if you could scan and upload said letter for all to read though.
