I'm not here to start an argument with you but from Wealthy people that I personally know as well as documentaries on tv and articles in some magazines, there are an abundant amount of millionaires/billionaires who love IPOs simply because once that stock hits the market it can potentially gain huge percentages and that's how they keep increasing their value. (run on sentence I know, I have horrible grammar but good with numbers) anyways moving on, that is simply why they like these kinds of stocks.

Market makers are in all OTC stocks to make a so called "orderly market" Itis common practice in so making this orderly market for these guys to short the hell out of most every stock since most have nothing behind it or are in their infancies before their business ramps up, so when volume is light, they plant themselves on the offers, clamp the stock down , encourage selling by holders of long stock, force these stocks lower and make their money-They only go to the long side when they sense a run on volume-You have an awful lot to learn because we are being shorted to hell-Just look at the reg sho reports every night-Over 50% of our volume is short sales almost every day-
