I don't think they lied or that they are taking us all for a ride. Artists (i.e. Maino, Yung Joc, etc) wouldn't be tagging along if that was the case. I just think they aren't producing.

My thoughts on that go back all the way to .0058

I don't think they lied. At best, the lawyers are holding the process up and a top tier artist will be announced eventually*, and at worse the deal fell through and they are scrambling to find another artist. What do you think?

the cynical opinion is, yes, this whole thing was a lie and scam from the outset. if you look back on the way everything evolved, it kind of looks like that. dibiase assumed spending some money on a few commercials and a half-@ssed website would drive the pps up to .03 and then he could dilute and make a fortune. but when none of that worked, he dumped the shares anyway to make what he could before he walked away...who knows? i'm still here hoping for a little bump to recover my losses.

I believe there were letters of intent sent to hire a SP. and letters of rejection received by ENTI from them. I believe they may have gotten a nibble, and a SP wanted more money than they ACTUALLY have. HENCE the dilution.

IF they REALLY had the SPIRE money, they could have easily paid the artist with that cash, announced the name of the artist, TOTALLY making SPIRE & ENTI a legitimate/solid deal in investors eyes and the PPS would have surged up, new interest would have been created, new investors buying in, PPS steadily climbing, longs happy, flippers flipping, New Members Joining, Kids buying, Revenues earning, Commercials Airing, Investors smiling, and we all live happily ever after.

HOWEVER. that is not what has happened. what has occurred, has been dilution, to the detriment and devaluation of the company, the ceo, the stock, and resulting in millions of dollars lost collectively by honest investors who believed the PR's and the hype. I fell for it too. and I still "hope" I am wrong and they pull the proverbial magic rabbit out of a hat. But the ENTI lightbulb and its future sure seems bleak.
