Dear Sir/Madame,

I am an investor in PIHN. My question to you in regards to current
heavy accumulation and future direction. Since couple of days there
are lots of rumors about PIHN. I would need few answers from your
side.

• Are you planning to dilute till No Bid? Are you dumping during PR
release? – Since long time neither I nor our debt holder dilute any
shares. We have $ 4M+ revenue and we paid nice amount of money to keep
them happy. Those who are in question, give me 1 pink sheet that has
revenue in millions and current on pink sheet with legit business.

• When can we expect news from your side? –Next week and each Monday
afterwards to disclose ongoing acquisition deals and new vendor
strategic program in BRICs economies.

• What are the current A/S, O/S? – Please visit pink sheets website

• Are you planning to do any REVERSE SPLIT in 2010/2011? – NO, we are
not like other penny firm; we do appreciate our shareholder and try
our level best to maximize their investment.

• We are hearing R/M / Buyout proposal rumors, is that true? – Like I
said we are in process of very exciting deals and publish PR ASAP by
next week.
