be reminded that alot of us that have less thank 10,000,000 bought this stock at much higher of a price. if i bought all of my shares at .0002 i would have 25 million shares. instead i have 3.5Million.

Yes. You are right. Giving away free shares will increase the number of shares and will be a huge dilution. If JD is giving away the free shares from his 4 billion shares, then the number of shares will remain the same.
As there will be dilution due to giving away of free shares, the share price will not be $10 as on Aug 20.
Free shares will be another hit to the existing shareholders who have more than 10 million shares with them. Who will be paying for the free shares? It is not correct to give away free shares to some shareholders at the cost of other shareholders.
