That is not uncommon for stocks that have had either negative news or lack of positive news. Look at DEAR. Its a regional bank, not so great finanacials but in this Q's earnings the company was valued at $3.90 per share. Trading at under $1.90 and that is UP from where it was. Once ANX gets something accepted for filing with the FDA, all will be set right.
