#2168 RE: SPM555 #2167

This analysis is indeed useful, but only to a point.

In very special situations such as DIMEQ, typically, since they are not widely followed, the traditional technical analysis does not reveal much.

I don't like TA much myself, but I do use it sometimes to "spot" an attractive entry point. However, I have found that timing is just a ruse and most likely if a stock has been going down for a while, then it will typically keep going down (some sort of financial equivalent of inertia, I suppose).

However, I think that all of the analysis is moot until we hear back from the courts with a solid, unequivocal answer to: (1) whether or not Broadbill can represent the class, (2) if we can get moved up to debt status, and/or (3) the examiner has found that WAMUQ is very much in the money and, so, DIMEQ is in the money (as Bluzie always reminds me!).

I'm guilty of looking at volume and price movements, but its mostly just trying to start conversation here on the board... or wishful thinking on my part.

Anyway, thanks for the analysis, but I think that this little DIMEQ will defy any trend lines. History may prove me wrong, but I think this baby is tied to forces outside the realm of any TA.

Best,

Jared
