I could have sworn a company needs revenues and "real" history to up-list? In fact, it doesn't even matter if a company can even meet the standards required to be listed, the board(s) can simply say "we don't like you Mr. CEO and the way you have behaved, application denied"


Dean should at the very MOST go for the OTC and see if he can even meet the SEC required filings first. That what the Big Boards will tell him- imo.
