Ah yes the old if trades a lot lower then it will then by a lottery ticket. Great outlook for sure. Of course at this price it is a dog right but down 0.004 and its a lottery ticket, where is the logic?

I just noticed on Ameritrade that 1.65% of this stock is held by INSTITUTIONS.

Can anyone verify this another way?

This is the only penny stock I have that shows institutional ownership.
