That may be true. But don't you think it would be a bad thing if drill results were announced, sending BVIG to lets say $3.....then the big conversion to KATG and all the added shares dropping it back down below $1 or even lower? It should happen the other way around IMO for the good of the shareholders....if Ken really does care about that.
