Starfire, what does the term "Information and belief" mean to you? And just why would one file suit if one had no evidence (information) of wrong doing? One can indeed file suit, but that suit will likely be dismissed at pre-trial if no evidence to justify the suit is presented. Thus, all NSS suits have been dismissed. Not a shred of credible evidence.

The courts are very lenient when it comes to justifying a suit. To have a suit dismissed, as the NSS suits were, shows how absolutely devoid of merit those attempted lawsuits were.

the fact is that SPNG was a major pump and dump share printing scam and you fell for it. why not take the loss and accept that fact and learn from your mistakes?
