I agree with the SS issue here..base it off of 800M to be safe as that is at least the known aspect of the SS here.

Now in regards to the shorting issue. I'm in a different camp in that I do not believe the conspiracy theories of the MM's shorting every single penny stock in the market. Think about it....what impact would that truly have and don't you think the regulatory bodies like FINRA and the SEC would see it?

I mean, if the average investor sees this why can't the SEC and FINRA see it?

It's because it doesn't exist and there is no cover up by the SEC or FINRA in regards to this trading pattern...etc etc..

It's not naked shorting and no, the daily short interest report does not mean someone is shorting the stock.

These are pinks because of their high risk ventures and the only thing that smells is always the company.

It's the same thing on every stock..the MM's are manipulating it.
Go ahead and read every single penny stock message board for every single penny stock company there is someone screaming NSS or MM's manipulating.

One has to truly wonder where that all started from...
