Truly, I am not disgruntled. I have no attachment to this issue. But I do call out Dennis for lack of performance. Truth be told, I was in early last year and did sell at a profit. But, I have watch this bleed a slow death for most investors. What bothers me with BEHL was the pr stating "the confirmed short position." IMO, I believe they were selling at that same time, although I do not want to accuse Dennis of something I cannot confirm. But it really concerned me and the fact that no person signed the pr gave me cause for concern. So I sold most of my position and kept a small position until May/JUne, I forget the date.
Anyway, I am not in the market until they have made some progress on funding and contracts. I may miss a big move if they announce binding contracts and non toxic funding, but with their past, it's better to take caution.
