Yes they are the directors, and I will begin to do an extensive background check on the new managment. If the performance is above board, compensation is fair, but the board fiduciary obligation is to the shareholders and i believe that its our due diligence as investors to investigate who and what is doing what and for whos benifit. If ther is anything out of line its our duty to report it accordingly. I want my stock to go up also, but the directors can not manipulate the movement to line their pockets at our expense. I will do may share in looking into some individuals, and I will report it to this forum as that is only fair with a public company?
