Please explain how you've come to the conclusion that Intel has overcapacity and show us how you conclude Intel has had yield problems in the past or current.

SemiconEng is speculating when he talks about---- IBM 90nm Process's Yields/Binsplits.... a crappy process
And your wishful universe--- the direct result of Intel's past yield busts which allowed AMD to gain market share

Thats OK with me if its ensures high profitability. The Intel strategy seems to work better than the AMD strategy, since Intel had much better financials than AMD for the last 15+ years. I mean financial metrics like ROI and Profitability
