That rights subscription seems like a BAD deal

This seems like a low offer for the equity, it is for sure worth more. The OEC needs to prove a case that the equity is worth more than just 20% share in the new company. This proposal is only valuing the equity at $14 Million.

This would also result in a loss of the NOLs for the company given the high dilution to past shareholders.
