Getting a little tired of them running the price down every chance they get. Thinking it might be time to do something about it.

They are not settling anything -- how do you settle something with a value of only $12 or so?

What they are really doing is posting trades at prices where they want the price to be, to fool others.

That said, not really sure what they are trying to accomplish. Maybe raise the PPS in a slow and measured fashion? Who knows.
